Project Management in the World Record House

This video shows the project management that was required in pulling off the accomplishment of building a full house with 700 hundred workers on site without pre-fabricated elements.

Some of the project management best practices are:

  • Having a very detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Having a motivated team
  • Having roles and responsibility clearly understood and agreed
  • Having clear lines of communication
  • Tracking the plan in detail
  • Taking corrective actions as and when required

What do you think are the best practices of Project Management used to accomplish a world title? Share them in the comments. I look forward to seeing your perspectives
