Being REMARK-able as a Leader

How important is it to be able to spread your ideas as a leader?

John Maxwell, the leadership guru defined leadership as “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.”

Even a fresher who joins an organization can be a leader by being an influence. A fresher can have a great idea that can help the organization, but would not get the recognition and growth they deserve unless they can get that idea to spread, unless they can influence others in the team and their manager by their idea.

In this video, Seth Godin describes how to get your ideas to spread – how to stand out, how to be talked about, in short, how to be “remark”-able.

If you are a marketer, this video is for you. If you are a senior leader in a corporation, this video is for you. If you are a startup, this video is for you. If you are a fresher with a good idea, this is for you.

Let me know in the comments below how you plan to use Seth Godin’s ideas about how to be remarkable.
